THE BLAZING SADDLES SAGA OF DONALD STERLING

LIVING IN THE DAZE OF NOAH

Temecula, CA – Being an American Jewish mutt who has lived in this country for almost three-quarters of a century gives you a long list of memories to draw comparisons to about today’s breaking
news topics. As ‘Lois Lane with a penis’ [LLWAP] some stories are scoops like the inside track to where the ‘missing Malaysian jet’ actually went. Other stories just start and develop a buzz that you, as a writer/reporter just have to respond to. The Blazing Saddles saga of Donald Sterling is one of those stories.

Before we look at the facts and truths of the ongoing saga, let us pause to reflect on having four upcoming eclipses [3 lunar, 1 solar] all happening on Jewish Holy days as a sign to the Jews that the second hand on the clock of destiny has stopped, time’s up. For the Catholics you have the double confirmed prediction [St. Malachy, Nostradamus] that Pope Francis is the last Pope. Islam notes one of the very last minor signs of the last days is the competition of the constructing of tall buildings in the Middle East. Anyone and everyone knows where the world’s tallest structures are now and it ain’t in New York City anymore, Toto.

As destroyers start to circle like sharks from divers countries and the two ‘kings’ in the north clamor swords over routes of commercial resourcing, you don’t have the same ‘church packing’ the nation saw during the Cuban Missile Standoff. Rather than see the approaching ‘uncut stone’ being prepared for the ‘feet’ of the image in Dan 2, the feet being America, folks are up in arms over an old married white guy hosing a brown-skin hottie because of what he said, looking past why he said what he said. Tis the daze of Noah. Where is Cleavon Little when we really need him?

FORMER MALAYSIAN PM BLAMES BOEING FOR MH370 DISAPPEARANCE

MISSING JET CONTROVERSY SPOTLIGHT SHIFTS

Malaysia’s former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad has questioned whether flight MH370 crashed
into the southern Indian Ocean and
has blamed Boeing, the plane’s maker, for its disappearance.

Dr Mahathir, who maintains a powerful influence in his country’s ruling party, also suggested the reason why the passengers and crew never acted to stop whatever was happening on board was because they were “somehow incapacitated".

“Even if the pilot wants to commit suicide, the co-pilot and the cabin crew would not allow him to do so without trying something,” he said.

“But no one, not even the passengers, did anything.”

VOICE VOTERS SEE BOOTS ON THE GROUND

AN INSIDE REPORT

Temecula, CA – Today we continue our look at the passage of SB 1381, the bill to label GMOs in California recently introduced into the Senate. The Calendar notes that this series of stories detailing the attempt to pass such a bill are reported more to illustrate just where the oligarchic corruption first occurs and by who, not as a rah-rah moment. Here’s our latest report from our inside moles Jim and Pamm, per James Brown, gentlemen first:

‘Great news, we passed another hurdle today, successfully getting SB1381 voted out of the Judiciary Committee!!!!   5 of the 6 senators voted yes, a very strong showing of support!   Jackson, Lara, Monning, Leno and Corbett all voted yes, not sure if Vidak* was a no vote, abstained or wasn't present.  I am certain our phone calls were a big part in this.

It sounds like we will be going to the Senate Agriculture Committee next (probably 4/29), so we will need to make more phone calls. All of our efforts with Senator Lieu take even greater importance as he is one of the 5 members on this committee.   I suspect this will be a more difficult committee to get out of.

THANKS TO YOU, IT IS WORKING

HERE COME DA JUDGE

Temecula, CA - We are clearing the hurdles with phone calls. Vermont is also racing the Federal Government's sellout of American kids to Monsanto with a Senate Bill of its own. Here's the update from Lisa in San Fernando Valley!

All, THANKS FOR BEING ON THE TEAM AND MAKING THE DIFFERENCE!  You DO make a difference by making these calls.

PLEASE TAKE 6 MINUTES BY MONDAY NIGHT 4/21 to call the 6 state senators below, per the request of Pamm Larry, our statewide leader.  Getting SB1381 voted successfully out of the Senate Judiciary Committee is our next hurdle in getting it passed into law.  Pamm would like us to call each member of the committee prior to next Tuesday's vote, information below. (Judiciary Cmte. relates to consumer protections, per one aide).

And for those of you that haven't yet heard, Vermont's state senate has just passed their labeling law. Now it will go to their 2nd legislative house and hopefully the governor (same process as in CA). This is an extremely big deal we can all take encouragement in, our efforts are beginning to pay off.   The momentum is on our side, let's make the most of it and encourage our representatives to pass SB 1381.  California can do the same as Vermont.

POT EASTER IGNITES JOKESTERISM

SQUARES WILL NEVER GET IT, I HOPE

Temecula, CA – As many people are again starting to joke about the connection of cannabis, or pot, to something mainstream, this time Easter, last time the Super Bowl, the ‘squares’ are also again clueless about what time it is. For the squares, it’s Howdy Dooky time as people and the status quo all seek to paint the world’s most useful plant back into a shathole corner. Here’s the latest on how ‘Christians’ like those who want to make Temecula “a very uncomfortable place for …homeless residents” see this Easter.

Praise the Lord and pass the basket.

‘Social media has been buzzing for weeks with jokes about how, this year, Easter Sunday shares the calendar with the pot-lover's highest holiday: April 20, or 420 in stoner lingo. Pot-smokers have long celebrated on the date by lighting up for reasons not quite clear.

Yet amid the online cracks about worshipping a "higher" power, tutorials on how to make a joint shaped like a cross and photos of Easter baskets piled with pot-filled eggs, a handful of churches nationwide are using the unfortunate coincidence to make much bigger points.

RAISING THE DEAD AT EASTER TIME

ALL IT TAKES IS A PHONE CALL NOWADAYS

Temecula, CA – The start of four blood red moons is an omen. The hold over American subjects, once citizens, now guinea pig customers, is coming to an end, a death symbolized by the female spirit symbol who is on the rag against the oligarchy. As Nevada ranchers stand up to the Federal government and win, the citizens of California are standing for GMO labeling at the state level to win.

If government seems dead to the people, this is Easter and it’s time to raise the dead.

We need 1000 calls to EVERY STATE SENATOR IN L.A. COUNTY BY APRIL 21

Tell them we want them to Co-author SB 1381 & to vote Yes on Senate Bill SB 1381 to label GMOs in CA.

WILL DOWNTOWN BROWN COME AROUND BEFORE THINGS COME DOWN?

WAKE UP GOVERNOR, OHIO STUDY PROVES FRACKING CAUSES QUAKES

Temecula, CA – With the daily news bringing some daily industrial caused ailment, be it continued
Fukushima radiation, fake fed GMO label promotion, the still pending TPP, or any of several more headline-grabbing stories, it is the very ground beneath you that brings proximity home. A series of earthquakes recently rattling Southern California have been linked to the quiet fracking going on in California at old hitherto dried up oil wells. Now the truth comes out. Fracking did cause the recent California earthquakes based on completed studies from Ohio.

We at the Calendar now join with other online blogs like LA’s Progressive in calling on Governor Brown to halt ALL fracking being done in the state. Here’s the latest report on the study.

‘Geologists in Ohio have for the first time linked earthquakes in a geologic formation deep under the Appalachians to hydraulic fracturing, leading the state to issue new permit conditions Friday in certain areas that are among the nation's strictest.

A state investigation of five small tremors last month in the Youngstown area, in the Appalachian foothills, found the injection of sand and water that accompanies hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, in the Utica Shale may have increased pressure on a small, unknown fault, said State Oil & Gas Chief Rick Simmers. He called the link "probable."

CHINA SAYS NO TO AMERICA'S GMO CORN FARMERS

LATEST REJECT OF AGRI-BUSINESS TO HURT MIDWEST

China's tougher stance on imports of genetically modified corn is roiling U.S. agribusiness, largely halting trade in the biggest U.S. crop in its fastest growing market. By one industry estimate, exports
are down by 85% compared with last year.

Since mid-November, China repeatedly has refused shipments of U.S. corn, saying officials detected that some contained a genetic modification developed by Syngenta AG SYNN.VX -1.25% that Beijing hasn't approved.

The rejections have hurt grain-trading companies such as Cargill Inc. and fueled frustration with what some U.S. executives say is Beijing's opaque regulatory process when its clout as an importer is growing. China is the world's fastest-growing market for corn.

Some U.S. industry observers suspect China is using concerns over the Syngenta product to cover commercial motives.

NO CHICKEN DELIGHT FOR CHICKEN TONIGHT

SALMONELLA OUTBREAK TIED TO FRESH FOSTER FARMS BRAND

A year-long outbreak of salmonella poisoning linked to Foster Farms chicken has now sickened more than 500 people in 25 states and health officials say recently purchased raw poultry appears to be the culprit.

Officials with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warned Wednesday that the outbreak that involves seven rare strains of drug-resistant Salmonella Heidelberg appears to be continuing, despite efforts to stop it.

“Basically, what we’re saying is the outbreak is not over,” said Dr. Rob Tauxe, the CDC’s deputy director of foodborne, waterborne and environmental diseases. “As the new cases have been reported, almost all of them report eating chicken and almost all say it’s Foster Farms.”

CDC officials had originally declared the outbreak that began in March 2013 over in January, but then officials detected more than the expected number of infections caused by the rare salmonella strains.
Despite the illnesses, U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service officials say they have not asked Foster Farms to recall any potentially contaminated meat, nor has the company volunteered.

DO BUFFALO ROAM?

SUPERVOLCANO ERUPTION IMMINENT?

Temecula, CA – Ranger Mole filed this report as Yogi T. Bear handed him a pic-a-nic basket and a dessert joint.

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming: Could the Super volcano which has been dormant for the past 650,000 years be ready to erupt again? If you listen to some animal experts, that answer is a definitive "yes".

Recall, if you will, the tsunami in late 2006. Do you remember reports that animals were escaping and running for higher ground hours before the waves hit? This mass animal evacuation brought into light the instinct which biologists have known about for years which seems to tell animals when disaster is about to strike. (Ed note: this story originally posted on 4/3 to appear 4/9)

FORMAT OR FREEDOM?

STATUS QUO BECOMES LESS TRANSPARENT, NOT MORE

Temecula, CA – A dangerous but seemingly unnoticed change is taking place. In some instances this change is expressed as news; in other cases it suddenly happens and you are left on your own to wonder, is this a case of format or freedom change? Are we just being ‘herded’ for their own good?

Let’s look at some examples.

Locally our ‘elected’ career country supervisors said ‘they want to integrate a web-based campaign to get public safety agencies to use an all-digital radio system that went live at the beginning of the year. They then say “Considering the county’s substantial investment in this system…” – Valley News 3/28/14

Later in the same article the reason is given for spending your tax dollars to keep you further in the dark, again from the same article – ‘Scanner hobbyists are no longer able to tune in sheriff’s communications. The new system utilizes signal encryption that prevents the general public from hearing what’s being transmitted or received…’
